The Heart of the Practice
Vinyasa & Hatha
Megan is a registered yoga teacher, licensed therapist, board-certified health coach, and holistic nutritionist with a passion for helping people feel better in both body and mind. Her path into teaching has included two decades of yoga practice and dedicated study in yoga philosophy and psychology. Megan obtained her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification at Samadhi in Denver. She has also completed advanced trainings in Yoga Psychology with Ashley Turner, LifeForce Yoga for depression and anxiety, and a year-long immersion in Advaita Vedanta philosophy, Ayurveda, Bhakti, and Hatha Yoga.
Megan’s vinyasa and hatha classes blend mindful movement, mobility, breathwork, and nervous system awareness in a way that’s accessible, supportive, and just the right amount of challenging. She strives to create a welcoming environment where students can move well, breathe fully, and leave feeling more grounded than when they arrived.
Yoga Instructor
From a competitive childhood game of “Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes” to a lifelong practice, Kiayan has always been captivated by movement. As a former cross-country runner, she knows that training your brain is just as important as training your body. Kiayan’s classes focus on building physical strength while cultivating mental ease—because while advanced poses are impressive, the real magic is the peace you find sitting in sukhasana. A lifelong learner dedicated to continuous personal growth, Kiayan is 500-hour certified through YogaWorks Los Angeles.
Mat Pilates & Reformer
Monet is a certified mat Pilates & reformer instructor and the founder of Big Time Motion, a wellness brand all about intentional movement and good vibes. Her classes mix classical Pilates with sculpt techniques to keep things challenging, fun, and form-focused.
Monet’s mission is to make Pilates feel welcoming and accessible — creating spaces where everyone feels strong, confident, and seen.
Buti Yoga
Andi became licensed in occupational therapy assisting in 2016, where she received her first education in human anatomy and clinical treatment. She became fascinated with the complex structure of the internal and external body, and fell in love with helping others heal and get stronger. An autoimmune diagnosis in 2014 ignited her own health journey in search of answers to naturally treat the disorder — and Andi fully dove into the holistic world, studying nutrition and healing and practicing yoga regularly.
After endless research and experimenting with diet and lifestyle, Andi made strides in her own remission, received her holistic health counseling certificate, and found Buti Yoga. In January 2020 she got certified in Buti Yoga to share the healing potential of this powerful practice with the world. Andi is currently working on her 200-hour YTT and plans to expand her learnings and teachings every single day.
Slow Flow · Yin · Sound Healing
Tiff discovered her passion for yoga in 2012, and has been a dedicated teacher and perpetual student ever since. Drawing from her own journey of transformation, she fosters a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to trust their intuition, cultivate mindfulness, and find balance between ease and effort in each moment. Her classes blend dynamic flow, mindful alignment, and an exploration of body and breath.
Beyond the mat, Tiff offers holistic modalities including Sound Healing, Reiki, and Intuitive Card Readings. As the founder of Moss Alchemy, she holds space for growth and transformation through life coaching and intuitive practice. Off the mat, she finds joy in snowboarding, skating, writing poetry, live music, and living-room dance parties with her partner and dog.
PhysiYoga
Jessica received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 and completed her Threes PhysiYoga training in 2025. Her yoga journey began as a collegiate athlete — an experience that opened her eyes to finding movement beyond a performative action, turning yoga into a practice of awareness. Her goal is to hold space for you to stay curious about your body and your movement practice.
Her PhysiYoga classes are a slow, functional, and recovery-based flow. Threes PhysiYoga bridges science-backed knowledge from physical therapy with yogic philosophy and mindfulness to create a whole-body, whole-person approach to health and wellness.
