Dr. Amy Osborne, PT, DPT

CMTPT · CAPP-OB · CNTP — Pelvic Health Specialist

Amanda ("Amy") Osborne is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Apto Physical Therapy, with more than a decade of experience in pelvic physical therapy, women's health, and rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Regis University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago, and holds the APTA Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy.

Amy has completed extensive advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum care, and orthopedic physical therapy. She is also an ACE-certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience, regularly teaching courses on diastasis recti rehabilitation, safe strength training, and exercise prescription for pregnant and postpartum individuals. She is highly trained in dry needling and is a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) through Myopain.

Passionate about women's health, Amy frequently guest lectures for professional and community organizations. She has a special interest in pelvic health rehabilitation for individuals with spinal cord injuries, collaborating with Craig Hospital to develop professional education, and works extensively with patients managing intra-articular hip pathology — including labral tears and hip dysplasia — and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

Believing that optimal outcomes require addressing more than symptoms alone, Amy integrates her training as a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Practitioner, and ACE-Certified Behavior Change Specialist into patient care. She has completed coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is pursuing her Personalized Medicine Certification through the University of South Florida. Drawing from her own experience managing chronic low back and hip pain, she brings a compassionate, practical approach to every patient. Born and raised in Wheat Ridge, Amy also shares education on pelvic health, nutrition, and fitness at dramyosborne.com.

Dr. Deena Lipson, PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor & Postpartum Physical Therapist

Deena earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University and a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has known she wanted to be a physical therapist since 7th grade, after rehabilitating from her own dance-related injury — and discovered her love of the pelvic floor specialty early in PT school.

With over two years of experience as a pelvic PT in Denver and Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor training, Deena especially enjoys working with people through pregnancy and postpartum. She treats the whole body — considering how low back, hip, SI joint, or tailbone pain can drive pelvic floor dysfunction — and fosters an environment where patients feel welcome, safe, and heard.

Pelvic Floor & Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Addison received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College. Her clinical rotations spanned outpatient orthopedics, pelvic health, and pediatrics — and it was during her pelvic health rotation that she found her specialty, enjoying the way it lets her combine her knowledge into a full-body approach.

Growing up in the mountains of Colorado as a competitive gymnast, Addison is passionate about staying active and strives to get her patients back to doing what they love. Outside the clinic she skis, runs, plays pickleball, paddle boards, and reads.

Patient Reviews

Trusted by Denver

When I met Amy, I had just had my first child and was dealing with severe urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction. She met me with compassion, expertise, and hope. Every session was tailored to me, and she consistently checked in between visits. I've never had a provider advocate for me the way she did.

Aubrey
Postpartum Pelvic Floor PT

I've had dry needling with multiple practitioners, and Amy is by far the best. I never feel rushed — she is patient, thorough, and incredibly caring.

Kyle

Amy is very knowledgeable and took the time to show me exactly what was going on in my body. She's helping me get to the root cause of my pain and move forward with a clear plan.
