Information you give us
The only personal information we ask for on this site is your email address, submitted through the "Join the List" form on our homepage. Providing it is entirely optional. Everything on this site is fully usable without it.
If you email or call us using the contact details on this site, we'll have whatever information you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like essentially all web hosting, this involves processing certain technical information sent by your browser whenever you load a page:
- IP address
- Browser type and version (user agent)
- The pages you viewed and when
- The referring website, if you arrived from a link
We use this in aggregate to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not combined with your email address.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, we do not use Google Analytics, and we have not installed advertising pixels from Meta, Google, or anyone else. There is no cross-site tracking of your activity, which is also why you won't see a cookie consent banner here.
Any analytics we use are cookieless and aggregate. If we ever add cookie-based analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism before doing so.
4. How we use your information
We use your email address to send occasional updates about Revel: founder offers, opening news, class schedules, and events. That's it. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
We use aggregate technical information to maintain and improve the website and to keep it secure.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site, and only to the extent they need it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Google: our email list is stored using Google Workspace tools.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Revel, our members, or the public.
6. Booking and partner services
Revel hosts independent partner businesses. When you click a booking or membership link on this site, you may be taken to a third-party platform, for example Rex for yoga and pilates class booking, or Jane for physical therapy appointments, or to a partner's own website.
Those platforms and partners have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them. Information you enter on their sites is collected by them, not by us. We'd encourage you to review their policies before entering personal or health information.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, after which we delete it from our active list. Aggregate technical data is retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider.
8. Your choices and rights
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time and we'll remove you.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@revelstrengthandwellness.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 45 days.
Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We honor these requests regardless of whether the Act's thresholds apply to a business of our size. Because we do not sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, but if that ever changes, we will update this policy and honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Articles and other content on this website are provided for general education. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider.
We do not collect health information through this website. Physical therapy services are provided by Apto Physical Therapy as an independent practice; Apto maintains its own medical records and its own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which govern any protected health information you share with them.
Any patient reviews shown on this site are published anonymously with permission.
10. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes, such as introducing cookies or advertising trackers, will be made clear before they take effect.
